It can be so easy to get in our own way and sometimes not even know it, even if you’re a generally positive person. How we talk to ourselves can make a huge difference in how we perceive our reality and what we think is possible, but sometimes it’s not as simple as just telling yourself positive affirmations (although I agree this can help and be a good starting point!). Facing and transcending past experiences and limiting beliefs can do wonders for your healing, but where do you start?
We all move through the world in different ways, but for whatever reason, SO MANY OF US end up making choices by seeking for validation and may not even know it. Why is that?? Instead of following our own personal truths about what directions and choices are best for our lives (which in turn end up being more beneficial for the collective when living from soul authenticity), we end up going down a trail of making choices that we perceive will make other people happy, even when your soul knows you have things to do that may not make sense to them.
Happy 2021! Obviously 2020 is probably on the short list of least favorite years for many people. Having said that, each year it is ever popular to be setting intentions on January 1st (aka “New Years Resolutions”). But as the days come and go, don’t forget that you, my friend, have the power to manifest your intentions and reality. Don’t give your power away to a calendar change (but doesn’t mean we still can’t celebrate!)
